Senior GUI Designer
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
- Candidates will plan, design and develop media elements including icons, visual layouts, animations, simulations.
- Candidates will be in charge of the visual style guide and lead team members participant and follow the guide.
- Candidates must h**e a good understanding of media production, simulation and development tools and techniques.
- They should be flexible in their approach and eager to learn. They will work closely with interaction designers to bring user interface concepts to life.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of UI Flows and storyboard development
- Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility and professionali**
- Good communication skills (writing, listening, presenting)
- Knowledge of and proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- 5+ years related work experience. Candidates must display a solid understanding of design and design processes through their verbal presentation and portfolio.
工作职责:
1、手机用户界面风格，图标，动画设计
2、主导设计风格和制定设计规范并带领团队成员共同参与规范的制定和执行
3、提供新的创意，和团队配合规划出有创意的用户界面
4、负责协助 interaction Design Team 和 RD Team沟通, 协同完成开发项目
招聘要求:
1、具备使用者为中心的设计理念：对产品流程、用户操作流程、及用户需求有一定理解，能够从用户的角度来设计界面
2、具备优异的视觉设计, 配色, 风格制定和创新能力
3、掌握手持设备最新视觉趋势潮流及具有敏锐观察力
4、具备良好沟同技巧, 表达能力, 对工作富有热情以及责任感
5、熟悉 Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash 等相关设计工具
6、5年以上相关设计经验 (2年以上手机设计相关经验) 需附上历年作品或链接
