Job Description：
· C3 is seeking a highly qualified UX Designer to join the C3 User Experience team in designing and prototyping the C3 application. Candidates must h**e proven experience in designing engaging, RIA experiences and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced team of software and business professionals, with a mission of delivering comprehensive solutions enabling organizations to monitor, mitigate, and monetize their energy usage and emissions, in support of their sustainability goals.
Duties and Responsibilities：
* Create and communicate design deliverables such as wire-frames, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design specifications, and personas
* Create interactive prototypes according to business, brand, market, and user requirements
· Low-fidelity models to demonstrate viability of concepts
· High-fidelity prototypes to accompany functional specifications
· Support for rapid and iterative design research
* Conduct user research with both formal and informal methodologies
* Develop product concepts and suggest product direction based on design research and functional requirements
* Partner with engineering on the implementation of interactive techniques and technologies
Qualifications：
* 8+ years of experience in user interface design, within the product development lifecycle of Web and/or software applications (Web-based applications are considered relevant, but not Web sites)
* Exceptionally strong UX background, information architecture, technical skills, and an eye for detail
* Strong visual design skills including layout, information design, typography, and color usage
* Experience designing for RIAs and knowledge of web 2.0 design patterns
* Experience with Flash/Flex prototyping, solid HTML/CSS skills
* Ability to translate customer and product requirements into innovative and engaging interfaces
* Familiarity with designing for scalability, configurability and accessibility
* Strong collaborative experience within a cross-functional environment
* Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines and milestones
* Strong portfolio of interactive UX designs, UX prototypes and interaction design documents (Online portfolios are preferred, but pdf samples are also accepted. This is a firm requirement.)
* Bachelor's or higher degree in UI design, HCI, interactive multimedia, human factors, cognitive psychology, or other related field
